Fidelity Energy Partners was a midstream energy infrastructure company that owned and operated three bulk liquid refined fuel terminals (storage tanks) serving the energy industry. Products handled included regular unleaded, premium unleaded, ultra low sulfur diesel, ethanol and other refined fuels. The company initially started with a single location and rapidly improved EBITDA. Soon thereafter, two additional facilities were acquired. After a major refinancing and reconstruction on two sites, the company won several contracts and grew EBITDA by over 10x in less than four years. The company was sold for a significant gain.
